{"id":578,"date":"2025-12-22T15:24:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T12:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/n.kvkbolashaq.edu.kz\/en\/?p=578"},"modified":"2025-12-22T15:24:00","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T12:24:00","slug":"training-for-young-specialists","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/n.kvkbolashaq.edu.kz\/en\/2025\/12\/22\/training-for-young-specialists\/","title":{"rendered":"Training for young specialists"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A training session intended for young specialists was held on December 10, 2025, at the Karaganda Higher College <strong>\u201cBolashaq\u201d<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Educational psychologists <strong>Dusmagambetova M.S.<\/strong> and <strong>Serdaly A.M.<\/strong> conducted a training on the topic <strong>\u201cYoung specialist and emotional resilience\u201d<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><br>The purpose of the seminar was to develop emotional resilience among young specialists and to form stress management and self-regulation skills in the workplace.
