In the modern world, the professional training of graduates is determined not only by their professional competencies (hard skills), but also by their ability to work in a team, think critically, and use modern technologies. This issue was the focus of the thematic pedagogical council \u201cIntegration of Soft Skills into Students\u2019 Professional Training,\u201d which was held on January 22, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting was opened by the College Director, G.B. Mamraeva, who outlined the goals and objectives of the pedagogical council and emphasized the importance of developing students\u2019 personal competencies necessary for successful professional activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, the following speakers delivered reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R.M. Ishankulova, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs \u2014 \u201cPreparation of Self-Assessment Reports on the College\u2019s Performance by Specialties\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N.K. Kassymova, Deputy Director for Educational and Industrial Training \u2014 \u201cIntegration of Soft Skills into the Educational and Industrial Process\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G.Zh. Zholkenova, Teacher of the Kazakh Language and Literature \u2014 \u201cDevelopment of Soft Skills in Classes on Teaching Methodology of the Kazakh Language and Literature\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G.A. Zhumagulova, Computer Science Teacher \u2014 \u201cDevelopment of Soft Skills Using the Capabilities of Artificial Intelligence\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the presentations, the College Psychologist, M.S. Dusmagambetova, conducted a training session entitled \u201cMindful Communication: How to Speak, Listen, and Reach Agreement.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the session, participants actively engaged in group discussions and a reflection segment, which enabled each participant to contribute to the development of the college\u2019s educational strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
