On January 8, 2026, a preventive lecture entitled “Early Sexual Activity: How to Recognize a Psychological Crisis and Where to Seek Help” was conducted at the Karaganda Higher College “Bolashaq”.

The lecture was delivered by Akmaral Maratovna Makhanova, a physician-psychotherapist of Student Polyclinic No. 1.

The objective of the lecture was to provide adolescents and young people with information on the physiological, psychological, and social consequences of early sexual activity.

During the lecture, the impact of early sexual activity on the physical, psychological, and social development of adolescents was examined. The key indicators of crisis conditions were identified, and the importance of their timely recognition was emphasized. Particular attention was paid to fostering informed decision-making among students, as well as promoting responsibility for personal health and safety.

The lecture was attended by the following student groups: BM-25-1, BM-25-3, DM-25-1, DM-25-3, WEB-25-2, FК-25-2, FК-25-4, PR-25-2.
