In order to prevent accidents involving children and adolescents, on December 3, 2025, a discussion was held with students of the Karaganda Higher College “Bolashaq” to explain safety rules on water bodies during the period of thin ice.
Students were shown information leaflets and video materials about precautionary measures and possible dangers.
